The Congress plenary session will be held on 29 October in the State Kremlin Palace.
To access to the plenary session, you must have with you:
- A ticket
- An original copy of your identity document (passport)
We recommend that you do not take large bags, plastic bags, laptops, or batteries with you into the Plenary Hall.
