PICKING UP YOUR BADGE

To access the venue where the Congress business programme takes place, please collect your badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow.

Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure.

Please carefully review the list of items prohibited on the event venue and pay attention to any exceptions.

TAKE YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT (PASSPORT) WITH YOU

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Congress venue.

There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport

Please note:

Data processing takes from 3 days.

If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Congress, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited. To make changes to any fields that are blocked for editing, please contact the specialist that you spoke with when registering for the Congress.

To obtain your badge you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to the use of a simple electronic signature (SES).

  • When issuing the badge, the accreditation operator checks the data specified in the application to ensure it matches the information in your identity document. If the data does not match, the badge cannot be issued on the day you applied for it.
  • Congress participants under 18 must present a printed consent form for the processing of personal data, signed by a legal guardian, when collecting their accreditation badges.

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

RULES FOR USING BADGE

  • Your badge, access card, and transport pass are the property of the Roscongress Foundation. They are (or may be) personalized documents and may not be sold or transferred to third parties by any means.
  • Should the Roscongress Foundation learn about the sale or transfer of a badge to a third party, it reserves the right to revoke the participant's accreditation without reimbursing any expenses.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny accreditation without any reason.
  • The badge must be worn in a visible place.
  • In the event your badge is lost or damaged, please contact any accreditation desk. After receiving a written request from the holder, the lost badge will be deactivated and a replacement will be issued.
