City Clinical Hospital No. 15 is a multifunctional in-patient care facility and one of the largest hospitals in Moscow. The hospital has a rich history and will celebrate its 43rd anniversary in 2024. The operations performed at the hospital in ophthalmology, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, traumatology, and other specializations are often unique.

City Clinical Hospital No. 15 has an impressive arsenal to treat patients with cardiovascular diseases – from modern drug treatment to complex cardiac surgery. It is home to one of the largest regional vascular centres in Russia. The clinic provides almost all types of specialized and high-tech emergency care for various cardiovascular system diseases. The ophthalmological service has beds, as well as consultative and diagnostic ophthalmological units and a laser eye microsurgery unit. The Moscow City Glaucoma Centre operates out of the laser eye microsurgery unit. The surgical service performs highly complex operations. Cardiac surgeons at City Clinical Hospital No. 15 perform open-heart surgery using artificial blood circulation machines. The number of joint replacements and arthroscopic operations at the traumatology unit increases each year. The vascular surgery, neurosurgery, abdominal, purulent, and general surgery units all demonstrate equally impressive dynamics. The hospital has a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach. There are examples of simultaneous operational cooperation between obstetricians/gynaecologists and cardiac surgeons, neurosurgeons, and specialists in endovascular diagnostics and treatment, while actually working in the same operating room. The hospital is home to the interdistrict multiple sclerosis unit.

Another historical event was the opening of the new flagship emergency centre of City Clinical Hospital No. 15. It has all the conditions to ensure that patient care is as effective as possible. A team of highly professional specialists has been providing medical care according to the new Moscow emergency care standard for more than two months at a building with spacious premises, a convenient layout, and, of course, modern medical equipment.
