How to participate
The 2nd National Congress with international participation “NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023” is the central healthcare event of the outgoing year.
The Congress will provide a major multi-format platform to discuss the further development of the healthcare industry.
The event will bring together representatives of the federal and regional authorities, industry leaders, foreign experts, strategic partners, and members of the business community who support the universal social mission of protecting the health of the Russian population.
Main focuses of the Congress business programme:
- Strategies for the funding and digitalization of healthcare
- Global trends in combatting infectious and non-infectious diseases
- The latest technologies in the medical industry
- Best Russian and international practices in regulating drug circulation
- Scientific and innovative achievements in the domestic healthcare industry
- Healthy lifestyle culture: new technologies, services, and practices.

* Prices are indicated per person. Before making payment, Congress participants must first create an invoice agreement to confirm their participation and guarantee their place. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the due amount is received in the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
** Participation is free for government and non-commercial entities. The event organizers consider applications on an individual basis; the number of free applications is limited.
APPLICATION FORM
Application forms are accepted until 28 November 2023.
If you have a Roscongress personal account, you can apply to participate in the NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023 Congress in the ‘Upcoming’ section of your personal account. The details from your account profile will be added to your application automatically.
If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery function on the Roscongress personal account login page or contact us by email: weboffice@roscongress.org.

Sign up for a Roscongress personal account on the official roscongress.org website.
You can register for a Roscongress personal account in five simple steps. Step one is to fill in your personal details. You will then be prompted to provide your passport details, information about your organization and your contact details. The fifth and final step is to select the event.

Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your login and password for your Roscongress personal account.

If you did not select an event (step 5) when registering for your Roscongress personal account, you need to log in and fill in the application form for participation in NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023 Congress in the ‘Upcoming’ section.

APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS
- Your application will be reviewed by the Congress organizers.
- If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023 Congress and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
- The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. To participate in the NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023 Congress, you must be in receipt of a written invitation issued by the Congress organizers.
The Congress organizers reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.
CONFIRMING YOUR ATTENDANCE
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023 Congress – Event dashboard’ section of your account.
If you do not intend to attend the event, please inform the organizers of your preference through your personal account.
DECLINING PARTICIPATION
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the event, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Congress.
SUBSTITUTING A PARTICIPANT
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Congress organizers.
If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the event for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the NATIONAL HEALTHCARE 2023 Congress.
