City critical condition centre (consultative assistance to inpatient unit doctors in person and remotely using telemedicine technologies and uniform approaches to specialized and high-tech care for life-threatening conditions; monitoring the resuscitation activities of emergency medical care teams).
3. Introduction to emergency medical care teams (linear, resuscitation), as well as an emergency medical care team with an ECMO device (conducting ECMO and CPR on a patient with potentially reversible circulatory arrest).
