The excursion will include the following units at the innovative high-tech nuclear medicine building of the Dmitry Rogachev National Research Centre of Paediatric Haematology, Oncology, and Immunology:

• The first paediatric oncology, head and neck surgery, and neurosurgery unit in Russia, which will conduct up to 1,000-1,200 unique operations per year, including endoscopic high-tech interventions using navigation equipment and reconstructive plastic techniques for head and neck tumours in children (excursion).
• A full-cycle nuclear medicine centre that is unique for a paediatric medical service – from the development of radionuclides and production of radiopharmaceuticals to diagnostics and treatment (excursion).
• A genetic engineering technology production laboratory, where biomedical cell products will be manufactured for the personalized therapy of oncohematological diseases, including CAR-T (video).
• The first paediatric neuro-oncology unit in Russia that conducts comprehensive diagnostics of and treatment for the second most common tumour in children with deep molecular profiling, including targeted therapy (video).

Itinerary:/ Meet in the 1st floor the lobby of building I, watch a video about the Dmitry Rogachev National Research Centre of Paediatric Haematology, Oncology, and Immunology of the Russian Ministry of Health and the nuclear medicine building, hear a welcome address by the chief physician, visit the paediatric oncology, head and neck surgery, and neurosurgery unit, the ward of the unit, the school/playroom for parents, and the nuclear medicine centre, and return to the 1st floor lobby.

Excursion participants must have an identity document with them.
