Flagships of Regional Healthcare

Regional medical institutions are the healthcare flagships in most of Russia’s regions. The overall effectiveness of regional healthcare systems depends on the quality and standard of care such institutions provide. A community of leaders from regional multidisciplinary medical institutions was established in 2025. This session will bring community members together to discuss the critical issue of how to build a management system where decisions are data-driven and linked to metrics regarding the accessibility, quality, and safety of medical care.
