Medical universities play a key role in training and retraining professionals for regional healthcare systems and ensure the stability and development of the industry by introducing innovative educational technologies and advanced training methods. It is crucial to consider effective strategies for attracting and retaining young doctors and mid-level medical personnel in the regions, as well as measures for the social protection and professional motivation of employees of medical institutions. Developing new federal projects that could improve working conditions and career opportunities for doctors is particularly important given the acute shortage of professionals. Which educational programmes and measures from medical universities could have a qualitative impact on the staffing of regions and enhance the medical community’s level of satisfaction with their profession? How can we bring universities and actual practices closer together and create a model of medical education that takes into account the needs of regional healthcare? How can we ensure a sufficient level of training for healthcare specialists considering the priority aspects of developing the healthcare industry that have been determined by new federal projects?
