National Healthcare Congress 2024 participants can visit top federal and Moscow medical centres

The official website of the 3^rd National Congress with International Participation “National Healthcare” 2024 has released an excursion programme for the day preceding the Congress.

The Congress is being held with the support of the Russian government and organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The organizing partner of the event is the Russian Research Institute of Health of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

On 27 October 2024, Congress participants will have an opportunity to take tours of leading federal centres and research institutes, including the Dmitry Rogachev National Medical Research Centre for Paediatric Haematology, Oncology, and Immunology, the Blokhin National Medical Research Centre of Oncology, the Hertsen Moscow Oncology Research Institute, the Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre of the Russian Ministry of Health, the National Medical Research Centre for Children’s Health, the Academician V.I. Shumakov Federal Scientific Centre for Transplantology and Artificial Organs, as well as top medical institutions in Moscow, including the Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine, Filatov City Clinical Hospital No. 15, Veresaev City Clinical Hospital, Puchkov Emergency Medical Care Station, Botkin Moscow Multidisciplinary Scientific and Clinical Centre, City Polyclinic No. 220, Children’s Polyclinic No. 38, and the Scientific and Practical Clinical Centre for Diagnostics and Telemedicine Technologies.

“Tour participants will learn more about what goes into organizing Moscow’s leading federal centres and medical organizations. By visiting medical organizations like this, we strengthen the professional ties that bind, and that is especially important if we want to raise the quality of healthcare available in the regions. The participants will have the opportunity to pose questions to the experts here in the capital, network, seek practical advice, and receive valuable recommendations, which will undoubtedly stand out as one of the most memorable parts of the National Healthcare Congress 2024,” Director of the Russian Research Institute of Health Olga Kobyakova said.

The Congress will take place at the Lomonosov Cluster of the Sparrow Hills ISTC of Moscow State University on 28 October 2024 and the Great Hall of the State Kremlin Palace on 29 October 2024.
