‘National Healthcare’ Congress releases detailed business programme

The detailed business programme of the 4^th National Congress with International Participation ‘National Healthcare’ has been posted on the event’s official website. The Congress will take place on 22–23 October 2025 at the Russia National Centre in Moscow. The Congress is being organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The Russian Research Institute of Health of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation is the organizing partner of the event.

“Each year, the ‘National Healthcare’ Congress brings together the best experts from all regions of the Russian Federation. The expert community’s goal is to come up with effective measures to rapidly achieve the stated goals in healthcare, strengthen intersectoral cooperation, and identify additional opportunities for effective joint work,” Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov said.

Speakers at the Congress include: Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko; Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut; First Deputy Director of the Russian Federal Medical-Biological Agency Tatyana Yakovleva; Director of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare Alla Samoylova; Director of the Russian Research Institute of Health of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Olga Kobyakova; Director of the National Medical Research Centre for Therapy and Preventive Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Oksana Drapkina; Director of the Russian Gerontological Research and Clinical Centre of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Chief Geriatrician Specialist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Olga Tkacheva; General Director of the National Medical Research Radiological Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Chief Oncologist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Andrey Kaprin; Director General of the Chazov National Medical Research Centre for Cardiology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Chief Cardiologist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Sergey Boytsov; Director of the Dedov National Medical Research Centre of Endocrinology of the Russian Ministry of Health and Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Natalya Mokrysheva; Academician and Secretary of the Department of Medical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Starodubov; Director of the Russian Railways Central Health Directorate Elena Zhidkova; and others.

“The Congress is a platform where we present the results of best practices and initiatives, recap our work in key areas of the healthcare sector, and outline future development trends. The participation of the Russian regions is particularly valuable, since many of them will present their cutting-edge practices that are worthy of scaling up nationwide,” Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said.
