Dates announced for 4th National Congress with International Participation “National Healthcare”

The 4^th National Congress with International Participation “National Healthcare” will take place on 22–23 October 2025 at the RUSSIA National Centre in Moscow. The Congress is being organized by the Russian Ministry of Health and the Roscongress Foundation. The organizational partner is the Russian Research Institute of Health of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The Congress is a key event for the professional community of healthcare managers, representatives of the legislative and executive authorities at the federal and regional levels, and leading manufacturers of medical products.

“The Congress is a platform for presenting achievements in healthcare and aims to develop inter-industry cooperation and direct communication between representatives of Russia’s regions. The Congress brings together leaders in the healthcare sector, the non-profit sector, and the scientific community who are working to achieve the goal of improving people’s quality of life and well-being,” Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov said.

The Congress participants will discuss the implementation and results of national and federal health projects, best regional practices, the modernization of processes to ensure the provision of medical care, and financial sustainability issues.

“The Congress is an essential platform for meeting and exchanging experience, which helps us find the best practices in healthcare, present them at the federal level, and secure the opportunity to scale them up. The ministers of health from all regions of Russia are taking part in the platform’s work. This is a unique opportunity to come up with approaches to strengthening and developing the healthcare systems of the regions,” Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said.

The programme will focus on modern approaches to managing medical infrastructure and drug supply, the digital transformation of the industry, including the use of artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies, as well as issues related to preserving people’s health and promoting healthy eating.

The Congress will provide a platform for exchanging experience and finding solutions that are ready to be scaled up today.
