A digital ‘Health’ platform to benefit the health of the populace through improved access to the healthcare system has been planned as part of the Executive Order ‘On the Development Goals through 2023 and for the Future until 2036’. An ongoing project to create a unified digital contour through the Unified State Healthcare Information System will continue with the ‘Health’ Digital Platform federal project and make the compulsory health insurance programme more efficient. The days are already near when it will be possible to use digital profile data to receive an evaluation from a specialist at a federal medical centre and general practitioners will have access to a complete patient health profile with which to make a diagnosis, predict disease, prevent complications, and personalize treatment.
