A digital ‘Health’ platform to benefit the health of the populace through improved access to the healthcare system has been planned as part of the Executive Order ‘On the Development Goals through 2023 and for the Future until 2036’. An ongoing project to create a unified digital contour through the Unified State Healthcare Information System will continue with the ‘Health’ Digital Platform federal project and make the compulsory health insurance programme more efficient. The days are already near when it will be possible to use digital profile data to receive an evaluation from a specialist at a federal medical centre and general practitioners will have access to a complete patient health profile with which to make a diagnosis, predict disease, prevent complications, and personalize treatment. How will the unified digital ‘Health’ platform change the healthcare industry and improve the efficiency of national healthcare? What challenges must health experts overcome to build the national digital health platform in the lead up to 2030? How will measures to develop the state information system for compulsory health insurance improve the management of funding and increase transparency? What relevant new strategies are there to modernize the healthcare system with innovative digital solutions, and what role do artificial intelligence technologies have to play in these processes? How does data-based management change how the healthcare system works?
